+ 2 moreRemoved old & replaced new kitchen countertops, backsplash & window shelf with new laminate. Removed old & replaced new kitchen flooring, utility flooring & 1/4 bath with new linoleum. Removed disgusting urine soiled carpet in basement and Kilzed, tacked and replaced with new carpet. Almost everything replaced in one day! Waiting for restocking of floor linoleum for kitchen and bath scheduled for this Tuesday. Keith at G.J. Floor Covering has been more than EXCELLENT to work with. He seems busy, but very well organized and efficient. Being a female I felt that I was treated as an equal and prices were much better than what other quoted me.I will totally use and I totally recommend them! Super surprised that they have not been reviewed on Angies List. Even the contract workers on the project had nothing but high praise for Gary Johnsons!

+ 0 moreWe had three quotes for hardwood installation and Gary had best price and good references he also answered all of our questions pretty quickly. He went over options of wood with us. He started promptly on start date which was set maybe 4 weeks in advance. He did all the work so it took a little more time than having a team but his skills were fantastic. Gary had to match the rocks of large fireplace and did an excellent job also had some tricky stair shapes and everything was stained to a deep brown black evenly and on time and budget. We will definitely recommend.

Description of Work: HARD WOOD FLOORS POLISHED. AT FIRST THE FLOORS LOOKED WELL--COST LOTS. THEY SAID THE FLOOR HAD THE MOST STRONGEST, BEST COVERING FOR PROTECTION ON IT (A SWISS FINISH). WELL, W/IN A FEW DAYS, I NOTICED SCRATCHES AND WE DON'T WEAR SHOES IN OUR HOUSE. PLUS, AFTER A WHILE THE FLOORS BEGAN TO SHRINK, SO THERE WERE CRACKS OR SPACES BETWEEN THE STRIPS OF WOOD.
