Description of Work: I needed a car alarm system id so as to order a replacement remote. They gave me a website to call with a number off the alarm system that did me no good at all. When I went to this location 3 years ago they were able to id the alarm and give me the info I needed to order a new remote but the business has changed hands and now they are incompetent and inept along with charging more money! Luckily I remembered the website I had used 3 years earlier and got another remote. If only I had remembered this prior to going to this scam of a business I could have avoided the cost of $53 which they would not refund. Good place to stay away from.

Description of Work: Installed a subwoofer,amp and custom enclosure. (12/2008)Also installed alarm with auto start. It all works fine except the auto start alarm. A piece can loose. They tightened it. It's loose again. Didn't go back. Remote, alarm, auto start not working. Seems like they change management often. Less expensive than the other popular "CAR" stereo place, not sure if it's worth the savings though.

Description of Work: Installed a stereo radio on my pickup. |I went in just to shop and they didn't try to upsell me but gave me options and they installed the radio within an hour. |Great place.

+ -1 moreI had asked about price during a prior visit so I knew what it was going to run before calling them. Yes, Car Toys quotes were cheaper but they had too many negative reviews and I have made favorable purchases through Foss in the past. We scheduled an appointment and it was finished when they said it would be. My only complaint is they explained the basic operation of the two way remote but didn't tell me all it was capable of doing nor was an owners manual included. I found the info I needed online to make changes to the remote functions.
Description of Work: Foss installed a remote start with integrated alarm system in my 2001 truck.
