Description of Work: Their promotion was not what they claimed it to be. I basically got nothing for my $100. I thought I was going to get some kind of a plan for landscaping my yard. The young man that came out was very apologetic and admitted there was some confusion over the "deal".

Description of Work: After purchasing the $99 Landscape Evaluation, Father Nature (FN) contacted me in a timely manner. FN started with a clarification of what the Big Deal was and was not. FN said that the evaluation is verbal and the homeowner may write notes or record the conversation. FN said that no cost estimates will be given during the evaluation. FN said this Big Deal was mainly for the DIYers that want a professional opinion but want to do the work themselves. I asked FN what they charge for a site visit and scope of work booked directly with them. It's $50. FN said you can get the same information from a site visit as with the Big Deal Evaluation. I'm going to get a refund for the Big Deal and book a site visit. I gave FN an A rating because they were so forthcoming. However, I feel that FN should be proactive and get Angie's List to add clarification to the Big Deal description.

Father Nature generously donated their services to help us complete this beautiful new entrance to our Oakbrook subdivision. Their work may be viewed in Lakewood at the corner of 87th ST SW and Onyx DR SW.
