They dealt with the added complications of narrow space between roofs,a precarious tree, and trees along gas line with care and expertise. Price was extremely reasonable for the work involved, and they did some additional work without charge. The fact they are arborists is a plus. Would hire again.
Description of Work: 4 trees removed and dead branches removed on two others.

+ -1 moreThe crew worked hard in the pouring rain. Unfortunately, we weren't told that they broke part of our fence. We waited a few days and finally said something to them. We were told that the fence would be fixed but it wasn't. They also left a mess - we had to ask them to come back to clean it up, which they did, about a week later. Needless to say, we were really disappointed by the whole experience.
Description of Work: They removed trees and trimmed others.

+ -1 moreIt was great! Work was completed quickly, everything was cleaned up, he did everything he said he was going to. Had a small hiccup in communication about when exactly the work was happening, possibly because we were emailing back and forth instead of calling, but it all worked out fine.
Description of Work: Jay and his team cut down a 50 ft spruce on our property that had died, hauled away the small branches, and left us the rest of the trunk cut up into 18 inch firewood rounds. He did not remove the stump but did cut it down low. He also pruned two severely overgrown and neglected pear trees...we will see this spring how they respond, but they certainly look much happier, and still have a nice tree shape, with no awful stubs...he knows what he's doing.

Description of Work: I had a very large tree fall in the August windstorm. Family Tree Care came and removed the remaining dangerous and damaged trees from my yard. They trimmed the remaining trees to keep them healthy. They did a windsail pruning of a Douglas fir in the front of the house.

He told me how to look up information on the web. He has a coupon for $100 off of any tree service. He sent me an email that night with the estimate.
