This was one of the best experiences with a contractor we had. EVER!! What a blessing! We got a few quotes for paining, Michael was not the cheapest, but very reasonable. He was able to start the work sooner than promised, which was great. And was able to finish work sooner than promised, which was even greater. His team was very polite and respectful of our property. We did not have to even lift a finger- his team moved and removed all the items in apartment and replaced after the job was done. I don't know how they did it, perhaps took pictures of rooms? But everything was in it's place after they left. I was so pleasantly surprised. In addition i was on business trip during the painting, but the communication was amazing. I walked put of the unpainted apartment one day, and a few days later walked back in and it was done! The quality of work is perfect! If only all contractors were as great as Michael our lives would be so much easier. If we ever need any painting done - we wont look any further. Fairlane painting company will have our business.. And how awesome is that we can support our local small businesses? Thank you Michael. 5 stars all the way for you and your team.

Fairlane Painting took very good care of us. We were working on a short timeline with little notice. Mike and team got the job done on time, within budget, and provided top notch results. He was able to provide us with an estimate the day we contacted him and was able to start and finish our job within one week. Highly recommend Fairlane for all your painting needs.

Mike & his crew were wonderful!! Mike came out to the house the same day I called to get a quote from. We needed the interior of our house painted quickly & they started the next week & the work was excellent! Our walls look brand new! He was very professional & friendly. I will be calling them again for any future painting I need done.

I found Mike on Angie's List and the A reviews were correct. Use Fairlane for your painting projects! Mike came out to do an estimate shortly after I contacted him. On the first day of the job, he came with his employees to make sure that all was understood and to personally share details about the job. Zach was my primary painter. Not only was Zach incredibly polite, patient and detail-oriented... his work was fabulous. The paint matching was perfect too. As the job was completed, Mike came to inspect everything and to make sure all aspects of the job were done to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike! The job was done on time and on budget. Who could ask for more?

I needed the interior of my house painted prior to selling, so i searched Angies List for painting contractors. I made contact with 3 before choosing Mike @Fairlane Painting. And so glad I did. Very quick response time to return my call and set up time for a bid. The owner Mike showed up and gave me an some suggestions , pricing and timeline for the work. He was also helpful in choosing the colors. The house is 45 yrs. old and needed minor repairs made (small holes,dents scrapes) prior to painting. I knew from talking to the other contractors that this was a busy time of the year for painters and the same was true for Fairlane, but he said he could get it done so I signed with Mike. Let me say the house is beautiful. His crew was very polite, respectful and darn good painters. The job was finished sooner than promised. The price was as quoted( He called me once with a few more suggestions near the end and I was thinking OK more money but no, Mike said there would be no additional cost. The extra work would complement the job as a whole. I like an Owner that takes pride in a job done right. All clean up was done and final walk thru by Mike himself. I would not hesitate to call Fairlane Painting for future painting. Thanks to Mike and crew.

Mike promptly responded to my inquiry and scheduled a consult in our home within a few business days, at my convenience. He met with my husband, gave him a price and the projected amount of time the job would take, and began painting the following week! Incredible customer service and the three gentlemen on Mike's team were thorough, hardworking, and professional. Our home looks beautiful! Clean-up after the job was superb. I highly recommend. We'll be seeking this company out again when we're ready to have the exterior painted in the upcoming months.

I am new home owner not familiar with contracting painter, after reading numerous Angies list recommendations i decided to go with Mike and his team as I was prepared to pay for peace of mind and quality service. I ended up calling Mike with a very short time frame after closing was delayed , the actual date to access the house was changed three times but Mike worked with me ,not being local to the site and unable to be there when their crew came in stressed me out BUT everything was great from Fairlane Painting . I would totally recommend Mike and use him again ,Id agree with previous reviews I read a genuinely nice company and super high quality work.

I contacted Mike through Angie's List. He answered the phone right away and then promised to call me back with a time he could come do the estimate. He did as he said and called back within a few hours and then came out within 48 hours to do the estimate. Mike and his guys had some initial scheduling issues and had to change the date/time of their arrival a few times. I have a pretty flexible schedule so was able to accommodate his need to re-schedule to get other jobs wrapped up. His team arrived and were courteous, professional and very good at what they do. They worked efficiently and didn't seem to waste time. I like how they taped off my millwork and didn't take the chance of getting oil based paint on my 100 year old mill work or sills. He is definitely on the higher end for price but considering he was fast, efficient, dependable and very good at the job, I would ask him back to do other projects for us in the future. Overall great experience and good work!

I recently purchased a 1BR condo in downtown Tacoma at the Thea's Landing building and wanted to have it repainted prior to moving in. The challenge for this project was that the unit has 17ft ceilings with exposed ductwork, so it would have been very difficult to do it myself. Another professional painter I had hired for a previous job the year before declined to take it on, because of the ceilings. Fairlane was quick to show up and take a look at it, and owner Michael Agostini gave me an estimate right on the spot. He was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. In comparison, one other painter took a week to get back to me with an estimate. We had a few scheduling issues, which I expected, but communication with Mike was easy and he was very responsive and let me know exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. The end result was excellent. The team left the unit clean and paid great attention to details. The final price was about 10% over the original estimate which I thought was reasonable.

Highest recommendation possible. Michael worked with us in a difficult scheduling situation, to have our large garage painted before we moved into our new house. His flexibility was a great help in a difficult time. The price was definitely right! The team that completed the job (Carlos & Tracy) were polite, on-time, skilled, accommodating, and took pride in doing an excellent job (prep work and painting - meticulous). We are extremely happy with the results, and to have a painting contractor to call for future jobs.. Hire these guys!

As others have mentioned, Mike made an appointment to meet me and provided his estimate for the work on the same day I phoned Fairlane Painting Co. to inquire. He generously shared his expertise and gave excellent advice regarding areas to paint, colors, etc. He also reviewed damage caused by a flood in this property, and expressed willingness to take on parts of the repair work in addition to the paint job, since he is a general contractor. I greatly appreciated this offer and took him up on it. The painters were prompt, courteous, highly skilled, and cheerful in their work which took 4 days to accomplish. Mike came on site almost daily, and personally did the garage repair--insulation, drywall and fire taping. He attended to details that make a huge difference in the way the finished job looks, such as caulking small spaces that showed between crown molding and the wall in one of the rooms that was painted. The painted rooms and hallways look gorgeous. Mike is a man of his word and the consummate professional who is concerned with the accuracy and beauty of the work he does as well as providing high levels of customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mike Agostini and Fairlane Painting Company to anyone seeking an excellent paint job done by an absolute perfectionist.

iThis is the 2nd time I've had Mike and his crew do work for us. Once again I am very pleased with the result. Mike came out and gave us a bid the day I contacted him. They were able to start the following Monday and the job took 2 days. They cleaned up between days and were careful when removing out wall hangings. If I have any painting jobs in the future, I will definitely be using Fairlane again.

This was the second time I've called upon Fairlane Painting. They'd come out to do a great deal of work in 2013 and did a fabulous job on my kitchen. Michael is a great guy to work with. He's responsive, professional and trustworthy. I appreciate that he offers me his opinion when I'm questioning a color or an area to paint. He proactively points out places that need a little extra attention. Bonus, he's also great around pets! On both occasions, Fairlane Painting has been fast, organized, done a beautiful job, and cleaned up as though they'd never been here. Definitely recommend!

I contacted Mike Agostini of Fairlane Painting when the painter we thought we had lined up to do the job didn't have us on his calendar as we'd thought. We are completing a "facelift" on our house which we'd rented while living abroad. The painting was the first project needing completion prior to doing anything else. We're living in temporary housing and eager to return to our home and our sea shipment must be received when it arrives. So, we were in a bit of a panic when we suddenly found ourselves without a painter! Mike came to our house to give me an estimate after completing the job he was working on the very day I contacted him. While not the least expensive bid we received it was very fair and I had every confidence after meeting and talking with Mike that the job would be completed to our full satisfaction. He gave me input where I needed it and was able to commit to having the job done before the carpet installation was scheduled to begin. He was a man of his word and worked through a weekend to ensure our project was completed on time. The results are fabulous! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and Mike and his crew are very personable, professional, and gracious too. They were truly a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! I recommend him in a heartbeat. He won't disappoint.

I am very pleased with their bid and follow through. Mike and Raul did a great job of painting my interior molding and doors. The finished paint job is outstanding. They are easy to work with and responsive to my instructions. They were timely, thorough, and complete. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike called me back the same day and quoted me the price over the phone to paint one room in my home. He was polite, professional and said they would be able to do the job between larger jobs and start in two days. They showed up on time, did a beautiful job and finished when they said they would. The price actually went down because they did not need all of the intended materials. We would highly recommend his company and will have him back to do more work here!

They did an awesome job. They were professional, courteous and clean. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again. I would definitely recommend them. They did a wonderful job and it looks amazing. They did it in the time they promised to do it.

He was able to come the day after my phone call. He was prompt, courteous, into detail and I feel he would have done an excellent job. Unfortunately I was limited to a budget and he admitted he wouldn't be the cheapest. He wasn't .... and was the highest of the three bids that I got. I wished I could have used him as I liked his personality and business approach; he definitely wants to satisfy the customer and I am sure he does fine work.

Mike Agostini, the owner, returned my call promptly and came out the next day to look at the job and give me a bid. After we chose him for the job, Mike gave us a date consistent with when he'd said he'd be able to start. The first day Mike and the crew showed up as promised and we were introduced before they started the pressure washing. When the crew came back, they started the best job of prep work (scraping, sanding, removing lattice for cleaning & painting) I've ever seen. Even though I did not request it, Mike had stated in the bid process that they would be very careful of all my plants and they were unfailingly careful and tidy throughout the entire job. The crew gave reliable estimates (not requested) for when they would be there and how long each day. They primed where needed and brush painted the shakes & trim. They told us when they would be painting a door and watched out for our pets escaping when they did. Our house is over 60 years old, but she doesn't look it thanks to the very fine work of Fairland Painting. They did treat our house like it was their own. We have never had a better experience in our 3 decades plus maintaining this home and we recommend Fairland Painting without reservation.

They did a really great job. They were very accommodating even though the weather was bad. They got the job done fast.
