 + -1 moreMet the owner John at a home show and he came out and gave us a bid. He was the only bidder to bring actual samples out for us to look at. Quality stuff. After comparing their bid to the others we got, they beat them all by about 30%. Cash discount for up front payment as well (it basically covered the sales tax). Even worked with us to get a dog door installed in the slider. NO pressure what so ever and really liked his personality. His installer came out and did a final measurement and about 3 weeks later, our windows were ready for install scheduling. Phil and his crew showed up right on time and had the job (9 windows and a patio slider) done by just after lunch. Very obviously a professional and knew exactly what to do. Even vacuumed up after they were done (including a mess left by my dog!) All in all, a very painless, stressless, and professional job I am very pleased with. I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Came out shortly after contacted by us to give an estimate and show us window choices. After we did our research and chose them (PSE rebates and program so had 3 companies to choose from) they came out to do final measurements and window choices. Both visits to home were by John Verderico who was very professional and knowledgeable. Install was scheduled and happened as scheduled. Windows were installed in 2 business days by 2 very courteous and professional installers. Only complaint is there are a couple of dents in windowsill where largest window was installed, however being as it was a huge window and on a second story I don't know how they got it in with only 2 guys in the first place! It is something we can live with. We are very happy with the windows we chose (manufacturer was Coeur D'Alene) and our house looks great. We have already seen a big reduction in our electric bill - we had a heat pump and furnace installed a week later so between the 2 heating our home got a lot more efficient.

Description of Work: Gave a presentation on window styles, models, options and prices. Took preliminary measurements and arranged for installer to take final measurements and to schedule the installation date.

 + -1 moreWe were delighted with the end result and the way everything was done. The company owner, John Verderico, was a pleasure to deal with and made everything go as planned and right on schedule, despite a spell of very cold weather. The Coeur d'Alene windows are very good - substantially reduced external noise, provide great insulation and the casement windows are easy to operate, with almost invisible screens. The pricing was very reasonable and, as noted, they volunteered a free upgrade. Their installer, Bill, was excellent and an incredibly fast worker. We plan to have then replace 4 remaining older windows in our home at a later date. We highly recommend this company (which was on the Puget Sound Energy recommended contractors list).
Description of Work: They installed 9 new windows in our older home in Seabeck WA. Their pricing included free up grades to 5 of the windows - they offered that after the pricing had been agreed. The work was all completed in one day.
