ENSLOW ROOFING

Contacted John Enslow Roofing Monday 3/21 and made an appointment for Wed 3/23 to give a bid for re-roof our home Mr Enslow said he would contact me on the morning of our appointment and confirm an agreeable time. He never called, no text message... nothing. I contacted him late morning and he said he "was having a busy morning and could he call me tomorrow" My reply was no thanks His website, in the about section say's they are an accredited A+ with the BBB, but if you check the BBB it clearly states they are not accredited. Buyer Beware!

John arrived on time and immediately found several potential problem areas. We discussed a plan of action that would begin with repairing what he believed was the most likely cause of the leak. He made an appointment to return the following week to do the repairs. Although he did repair a problem, the day after the repairs, the roof was still leaking. I called John, and without hesitation, he said he would be back in the morning which was a Sunday. He arrived at 8 am on Sunday morning and moved on to another area that he had discussed the previous day. Those repairs did the trick, and thankfully, we haven't had any leaks since.

I was very happy to have had John work on my roof. John worked with me to find a solution to an on going issue I have had with my roof and I was very pleased. He was on time, professional and helped me go from basically panic mode into relaxed mode, by finding an answer to something that I felt had no answer other than getting an entirely new roof. I highly recommend John and his crew as they are excellent in all ways and I couldn't be happier to have called them. Michael
