Amazing service! it was fast and efficient and now my PC works perfectly

I had received service from them a few years ago. I have a laptop through HP and I purchased a service with them. I spent 9 hours on the phone with them on one Saturday. They were unable to fix the problem because they told me the hard drive needed to be replaced. I took it to another place and they were going to charge me an arm and leg to do it. I didn't have a disk and would have had to buy one for $300. Drew's does a lot of things and he is very affordable. He was very good.

The motherboard on my computer burned out so I called Drew. He said a new motherboard would not fit my computer. He said he would build a new one and use the old hard drive so I wouldn't lose anything. Then he loaded the data I wanted to keep onto my laptop. I told him I used my machine for games so I assumed he would know what I needed. When he brought the new machine he did an incomplete job of setting it up. Didn't know how to get the speakers working. The hard drive is different so now he has 6 years of info on my old hard drive. His general response to anything is "that won't work" or "I don't know". His service was prompt, he did provide an estimate, but overall I did not feel he was an honest person. I made the huge mistake of thinking anyone on Angie's List would be reputable. My bad!!

I was able to bring my desktop pc to the shop the same day I called. This company also makes 'house-calls' but I opted to bring it myself. Service took one day. PC was ready on time and Drew even came out to my home/place of business the next day to adjust a few things.
