Dogwatch Northwest

Recently had some landscaping done and wireless line was broken. Called for line repair and was informed that Ron would be by in the morning to make the repair. Rod did not show and there wasn't a notice from the company of the no show. Called to ask about the status and Ron informed me that he was very busy and couldn't make it (understandable and not point of contention). Asked when he show he said he had no idea and would call later. I informed Ron that I stayed at home for the morning appointment and he said it wasn't necessary to be at home for the repair. I was not informed at the time the appointment was made of this. In fact the inference was made that I should be home and I prefer to be home on service calls in case something happens; I could also show Ron where the break in the line was. Ron said that if I knew where the break was I could repair it myself. I said I would rather not do that in case something else happens and I be held liable if something else happens and I need service. Ron insisted that it is a simple repair and at this point I sensed that Ron would not put my need very high on his to-do-list, even though I have two dogs. That was the end of our conversation. I will seek another vendor to the product to satisfy my need.
