It was just really good information and good stuff to know. I liked the sharing of knowledge with me of what changes we needed to make.

From the intial inspection to the completion of the job we were treated profesionaly and respectfully. The appointment was made for a Tuesday morning 9:00 and 9:30am. Over the weekend I had resieved a call and had to leave earlier than the appointment time. I called my salesman and he made sure his crew was here a litle early so I could make my appointment. When the crew arrived they sealed off any areas that were going to be working so that the rest of the house would be kept clean. All of the contanimated material was bagged before it was brought out and kept separated from anything it could possibly contaminate. The crew was effient and polite. When the job was complete the crew leader had me inspect the work. He gave me a thourgh explanation of everthing they had done. I would gladly recommend Crawl Space Cleaning Pros.

It was fantastic! They gave us a great report on areas where we could improve the energy efficiency because our home was pretty drafty. They suggested we insulate the walls and cap vents. My husband was there while they did the inspection and he said it was a very interesting process. They were very thorough and very knowledgeable. They were able to identify problem areas better than we would have been able. I feel like we got a lot of bang for our buck!

They were a little booked because of a home show, but they were flexible with their scheduling. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The technician spent about three hours on the work. He was very knowledgeable and had good equipment. Everything turned out great!

Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I had not looked in my attic before and it was a good thing that we did as it needs some work. I am considering CSCP for the job. The salesman Robin was great - very knowledgeable, and was able to set up removal of the old insulation very quickly. The price quote was competitive. The installers were a little unprofessional, in that there were traces of rat feces left in my daughter's closet (the attic access) and a an old rat trap actually accidentally left behind on her nightstand... YUCK! Other than that they did a very good job, and even sprayed deodorizer more than once for no extra charge when I requested it.

CSCP handled all the utility rebates (which is nice). AirKrete is a nice product IMO and is excellent for insulating and soundproofing and sealing all in 1 application. Especially if not removing sheetrock to studs. Elizabeth was always in contact with me which helps when you are trying to coordinate many trades. I intend to use CSCP again when I renovate my next house (assuming it needs to be insulated). I recommend Richard (owner) to know what to do for a fair price.

They were checking for drafts in the house, that was what I wanted them to do, we had a draft somewhere in the living room. There was air coming in and I wanted him to fix it. He was kind of sure what it was but to fix it, it would have cost quite a bit of money. The company was going to have to come and do - I don't know, but it would have cost a bit of dollars. But he spent quite a bit of time setting up his equipment to completely seal the house. I was impressed with that, how he came to the conclusion and left a nice result sheet that said what he did and what all the areas that he checked for air coming in and all that, so he was very professional about it.

It went well. He was a nice young man. I was worried about a birds nest and he looked for one. He was honest and very thorough. They take pictures and video of the attic. He sent me an email with the pictures and video, so that I could actually see it. After he was done with the inspection, he said that I did not need to do insulation. He said everything was in perfect condition and the garage was even good. I would use them again.

Though we had some scheduling problems with this company, but once they actually came to the work they did a good job and were very friendly.

It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment. He did an okay job with the inspection. A few days after the inspection, they followed up with a very brief summary of what he found. I would have expected the summary to be a bit more detailed.

Scheduling went fine; they were able to get us an appointment with no issues. The service turned out very well.

I bought a coupon from Angie's list for the audit. I called, but had no response and just let it go. Angie's list did a followup and I had to give the company an F because I had no experience with them. I certainly learned very quickly why Angie is a good place to be. Angie contacted me, the company contacted me. The coupon was out of date, but honored. Joseph G came out to do the inspection. He was knowledgeable and showed me what he was finding. The inspection took about 3.5 -4.0 hours. He sent me an itemized list tat day of what needed to be done, broken down to areas of the house with the price. The audit was so through and the detailed list so uncommon that i am hiring them to take care of the crawl space as well as the attic.

Everything was really wonderful, but they never got back to me on fixing the issues they identified. The guy that came was super, and they told me they would get back to me in a couple weeks with some pricing and they never got back to me. I sent them an email and I still have not heard anything. They seemed very professional. They got the audit done in about 4 hours. They only issue I have with them is that they never followed up.

Excellent job completely redoing the crawl space, vapor barrier, sealing entry points, installing new insulation, and building new crawl space doors. The bid was very thorough. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in two days. The inspection company upon selling our home had great things to say about the job that was done.

We had a sewage leak in the crawl space of our house and needed it cleaned up by the weekend. Richard was very prompt at getting back to us and tried to move some things around to get to our house quickly. Though he was unable to get out soon enough, we appreciated the effort. He ended up describing what I should do and I will actually tackle the job myself with his expert advice. Thanks!

I bought this using a super saver ad in April of 2012. I had intended to use the service, but didn't get a visit scheduled by the expiration date. Crawl Space Cleaning Pros called me over a year later to schedule the service that I purchased even though the offer had expired. They were professional and knowledgeable. They gave a detailed report of their finding and did not pressure to purchase other services.
