Description of Work: Removed old attic insulation due to many years of rodent infestation. Sealed all attic penetrations. Insulated 2 12" return air ducts and registers. Insulated sky light walls. Sealed rodent access points. Fumigated attic. Blew in new cellulose insulation to R40 value. Very professional crew. Arrived on time and they kept me in the loop even asking me to inspect their work along the way. Richard worked out a 90 day "same as cash" payment plan for me. Outstanding company.

Description of Work: Purchased a Condo and I first contact CSCP to explore using foam insulation for just the shared walls with the adjacent unit for Sound Proofing, but decided to do the whole walls for the unit for Energy Efficiency in addition. Scheduled them but then had to put the Project on Hold because a Board Member of the Association objected (none of CSCP's fault) 3 Months later and a novel I could write about the nightmare of dealing with Condo Boards even when you are doing something Green - CSCP came back and got it done - was very patient and helpful in getting me info on what I was doing was Green and Sane to get the Board to let me do what I wanted to do. There was some issues with equipment pressure because of the location i.e. height of the Unit but the Owner of CSCP got involved and they got it done and clean up after themselves very nice - No Regrets

Description of Work: They checked the entire house to find out how efficient our heating and cooling systems work. We were given suggestions how to plug the leaks. They are an insulation company but did not push insulation at all. They suggested a couple of spots that could use new insulation as well as spots that didn't need insulation or new insulation. When we decide to replace the areas that still have the insulation that has been in our home since 1927 we will definitely use them.

Description of Work: First they did an energy inspection & suggested some areas where we, as homeowners, could install weather stripping. Then they installed blow in insulation in our attic crawl spaces. Another crew removed the old insulation from the crawl space & then laid a new plastic moisture barrier on the ground, installed new insulation in the floor rafter bays. They sealed all the heat duct work and wrapped it in insulation. Everyone who worked on our house was polite & friendly. The office kept us informed of schedules & everything went very smoothly & they cleaned up before they left. We were very happy with the service.
