Very professional - took a few hours and was very thorough. Got some good ideas for sealing leaks in unexpected places.

It worked out very good. It was interesting and helpful. From that, I put more insulation up in the attic and changed one of the vents.

I was impressed! I needed to have the crawl space of my rental house re-insulated after a plumbing leak destroyed some of the old insulation. Richard, the owner of Crawl Space Cleaning Pros, came out to give me a bid. Of the three bids I solicited, he had a very competitive price, but as importantly to me, he was very knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. Richard even pointed out an important deficiency in the rest of my undamaged insulation that I was unaware of. When the other bidders negelected to do so, I pointed out the deficiency and they all sheepishly agreed with Richard's observation! The CSCP installer who came out to do the job was professional, efficient, and cleaned up nicely when he was finished. I am always looking for reliable small owner-operated businesses that exceed my usual expectations, and Crawl Space Cleaning Pros fits that bill nicely. I would use them again or recommend them to friends in a heartbeat!

The employee (Paul) arrived at the designated time. He took time to ask me about any specific concerns I had, then explained what he would be doing and looking for during the inspection. He was efficient, taking the exact amount of time he anticipated to complete the inspection - including checking out the attic crawlspace. Afterward he explained that he would be emailing me an inspection report in 1-2 days. It actually took 4 days before I sent the report, but when I saw how thorough it was with digital images and whatnot, I understood. Overall, I was very pleased with the information provided in the report and by Paul's inspection.

I really would recommend this home energy audit! We have owned our home for just over a year and last Winter was extremely cold in our home (built in 1936). CSCP came to our home and did this audit by setting up a big sealed doorway with a fan in our main entrance. We then closed all of the windows and doors and were able to find not only major leaks around our windows, doors, lights/light switches but where we did not have ideal insulation or where things could be easily fixed by myself. He also had time at the end and was able to do a lighting audit as well and changed out all of our older lights for new efficient lights that will save us a ton in the long run as well as save power for the city. Overall I would highly recommend this company!

For me, this was really helpful to get a list of a variety of things that could be done to improve winter heat retention in this old house. Some actions are relatively inexpensive that I can do soon, and then I can plan to replace a couple of windows over the next several years--with an idea of what will make the most difference.

Response from the company was prompt and scheduling was easy. Joe arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process. He explained the process as he was going through it and answered any questions my husband or I had regarding the state of our home's insulation vs. what is expected as well as questions about air quality. Very thorough and useful insight, especially for the Angie's List deal we were able to get.

Crawl Space Cleaning Pros (CSCP) were awesome. I was very impressed especially the gentleman who worked for the company, I think his name is Joseph. That guy was professional and thorough. We are considering their work to have the work done but we are having multiple projects like having the house painted so we're figuring out how is all that goig to work into the mix. The company is excellent, if that guy represents the company and they are all like him. He has great follow-up and he spent several hours at our house. He is just wonderful. I think they gave me more than what I was expecting.

It went very well. I went to 3 companies for estimates. The representative from this company did the most thorough review of the existing attic insulation and provided the most comprehensive data for the estimate, including many pictures. The estimate from this company was lower than the others, as well. On the day the work was performed, the two installers arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job and the lead worker explained some unusual construction he found in the attic and how he was able to add insulating material to compensate for this condition. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and I look forward to lower energy bills.

They have very good reviews here and that's why we considered them. Very disappointing. UPDATE: It went very good, they took pictures of the crawlspace and attic and showed them to us. The pricing was good, and competitive with other quotes we got from other companies. It looks like a very professional company. We are still in the process of getting more quotes and pick a company, and Crawl Space Cleaning Pros (CSCP) is one of the prefered ones so far. We will update if we hire them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. The people who came out were professional and we did not have any problems as they performed the service. Their price for insulation was based on the square footage of my house as well as my needs.

Crawl Space Cleaning Pros (CSCP) were outstanding. They were very fast and very proficient. They were here on Friday and offered me a place on Monday to have it done and they gave me a nice discount for having it done on Monday, having it done so quick. I had them back out because one thing wasn't done, it was forgotten on the work order and they were out here the next day and took care of it.

This service had to be rescheduled from 5/16 and will now take place on Tues., July 2, 2013. On July 2nd Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional in performing the audit. He took the time to explain where the deficiencies were as he performed the audit, suggested remedies and answered all questions.

The initial experience was very good and I felt as if our Homeowners Association would select them for the work we needed done. However, another vendor (also top rated on Angies) came in significantly lower on one very important part of the work to be done & the board of directors decided to give them a try to see if the work was acceptable. To this date the work has not been done due to crawlspace access issues.
