 + -1 moreWe first went Couch's looking for a vent hood to go with a high-end Kitchen Aid range we purchased at Best Buy on sale (didn't like the 'matching' hood). Our sales rep, Ken, was very helpful and explained all the hood options in detail. We weren't quite ready to buy so we took his card. When we decided on the hood, we had him quote the dishwasher and refrigerator because he was so helpful with the hood. Again, he was very helpful in selecting the dishwasher and the quote was fair. We purchased early to take advantage of a manufacturer's rebate offer and they held the appliances until we were ready. The delivery was smooth--the young men who delivered were polite and efficient.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with this sale. I thought that the prices were very fair. They did a good job getting me what I wanted. The sales people were very professional and knowledgeable and left a good impression on me.
Description of Work: They sold us some kitchen appliances. We bought an oven and a stove from them. They did send someone with the appliances to do the installation.
