Very professional company!! We are so happy with the work done! I would recommend the gentleman that did our work anytime! Was neat and very knowledgeable about what he was doing! And the icing on the cake was he put shoe covers on his shoes every time he came in the house! That was awesome!!!

Professional from start to end. Khalil really listened on our initial walk-thru and came up with a great plan with special attention to user friendliness as my elderly Mom would need to use the system. During install every detail was explained and he didn't leave until all was working AND we knew how to use it. Absolutely professional, patient, knowledgeable, skilled and kind.

After looking around for someone to help us install ethernet panels and connections, we reached out to connect&protect and were immediately sold on the work they both planned and did. Everything was upfront with multiple options both for cost and quality so we were free to choose what we wanted. Everything got done faster than expected with wonderful quality. I was looking for professionals to install two wired cameras and one video doorbell, and Khalil and his team finished the work efficiently and perfectly. Khalil did a great job installing two G5 Professional Ubiquiti cameras and a G4 Doorbell. Everything is PoE, so he ran all the wiring to power and receive video from the cameras. He did a great job communicating what he was going to do and performed a very clean install of everything.

Khalil was awesome!! He was prompt, provided easy to understand explanations about our system, gave great recommendations without any upselling vibes. Plus he taught us how to do a few things on our own and obviously coming from a company who gets paid to do things for you that's pretty cool! Highly recommend!!!

I used them to replace security cameras, many of which were high in the air. They needed to swap, orient, as well as recrimp jacks in the air. They were clean and detail oriented in this work, and I'm picky about such things. More importantly, I had some complex issues that cropped up relating to original wiring that was wrong and needed to be tested and traced (e.g. A vs B flips), and I have a very sophisticated network and equipment setup. They were great at helping to track these down and get network wiring corrected so that everything worked. This takes specialized equipment and knowledge, and it was a pleasure working with them. The end result was great and I'd certainly use them again.

He's very polite, professional and we enjoyed having him help us and providing knowledge on what he was doing.
