+ -1 moreDuane gave us a quote that was the cheapest and included more than either of the other quotes we received. We have a fairly large home, with some very odd crawlspaces so this was a pretty challenging and large job. He was able to complete the work in 3 days and started within about 2 weeks after we accepted the quote. The job was very well done, he used mostly eco friendly materials and was a pleasure to work with. There had been some insulation in the attic and crawlspaces before, but after Duane was done there was a noticeable difference in the ability of the house to maintain it's temperature. We had insulation put in previously on another north end home and the contractor was not near as good or thorough. I highly recommend Duane and Complete insulation service.
Description of Work: We had our attic and 4 crawlspaces insulated. Also the entire under floor was insulated (half crawl space, half unfinished basement), all ductwork was sealed, and all ducting and pipes were insulated.

+ -1 moreOverall it was excellent experience everything went as expected. Duane was professional and easy to talk to while evaluating my issue and I appreciated his honesty. He did an excellent job on the insulation and showed where he used the different insulation for my attic. I'm very happy with the results and the completion of this job
Description of Work: Duane came out and did an evaulation of my attic space. After he looked at the space he decided to use some of the spray in insulation and some of the batt insulation. As he was explaining everything to me on what the best option was he did let me know I was lucky we had a mild winter. (The attic is part of my bedroom). We set the day and time and he and his assistant showed up on time and did a great job. He let me know exactly what was going on and also let me know if he needed to change something from his plans. Duane is very nice man and pleasant to talk to and honest about what he thought was the best option. They did the job efficently and finished quicker than I anticipated,they cleaned up after they were done(Duane even vacuum the floors for me). It was nice doing business with him I would hire him again if I needed his service.

+ -1 moreHe actually removed some insulation that had signs of pest infestation and that wasn't included in the bid but he did it anyways. He also didn't charge me either. He was very professional and went above and beyond what he was suppose to do. He is very reliable and he was here when he said he would be here. He wouldn't stop until he knew he had everything done right. I would use him again .
