 + -1 moreCame out from Tacoma, I think, and made a stab at pretreatment, but did not give the solution any time to work .When questioned about it he was very rude. He made it clear that he was going to ignore me. I am a senior citizen and this is not my first carpet cleaning experience. The carpet wasn't nasty dirty, just looked, in places, the same as on their tv ads. When Coit called and I told them how displeased I was, they sent out the same rude jerk .Same outcome. Gave up. When I was contacted a third time they told me that they would have refunded my money if I was unhappy, but it was now too late .MY advice. Hire a local carpet cleaning for a fraction of the money and they won't try to sell you expensive extras. Coit doesn't deliver.
