This company truly was 1st rate. Punctual, personable, and job well done. Shawn and the guys were great. Will use again.

This is an amazing company! Single person owns it, does the work and is stellar. He is highly responsive - calling back quickly after I left a message. His work is amazing! Not only do the windows look amazing, but he is clean and tidy while he works as well, leaving the house exactly as it was before he came. I would highly highly recommend his services!

Contacted Shawn by email and he setup an estimate appointment for that Saturday. I had an additional estimate coming in that weekend. After discussing with my wife the two estimates we decided to go with Clearly Windows. I contacted Shawn again via email and he was able to fit us into his schedule the following week. While they were about 15 - 20 mins late, he txted me and informed me of their delay due to traffic. Shawn and Zack were professional and efficient in tackling the job which consisted of 18 windows on a two story house. They completing the whole process in under 2 hrs. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of work and final product...

Zach arrived early and asked if there was anything he needs to be aware of and then went straight to work on the outside windows & skylights. Next the screens were cleaned. He then covered his shoes and went to work on the interior windows. He was very professional and focused on his task. The windows are spotless.

I contacted Clearly Windows Monday morning by email, and by the afternoon I had a call back. I explained that I was hiring them for work at my parents home. Shawn went to their house the next day to estimate the costs. He was so nice and spent a few minutes visiting with my folks. They came out that Saturday and did an amazing job. Clean, neat, and very polite/professional. I would hire them again in a minute.

Windows were cleaned inside and out. The window frames were clean inside and out - (they had not looked this good in ages!). The screens to the windows were washed. And all the mess and water was cleaned up. Wonderful service.

They were great. I think that the windows could have been cleaned a little bit better. They need to clean the tracks out. I was surprised that they did not do that. I ended up wiping everything down. He only had to clean the gutters in one area and he lowered the price. I thought the price for the windows was expensive. They came out immediately. They were prompt and courteous. I would use them again in the future.

Everthig went well. The bid was cometitive and the work was done just as promissed.

The window cleaning portion of our contract, though pricey, went very well. Our windows sparkled after their cleaning. I cannot say as much for the gutter “cleaning” portion of the event. Our gutters are not under any trees, so they were not especially filled with debris. The technicians from Clearly Windows did not so much clean them as they merely ran a pike down them spilling debris over the edge and onto whatever might have been beneath. What were beneath, in addition to ornamentals, were decks, porches, and roofs. They made no effort to actually clean the gutters, and they further made no effort to clean up the droppings. They also stepped on a slate roofing tile and broke it without informing me. When I contacted owner Shawn Slattery about these matters, he came right out and blew off the fallen debris and replaced the roofing tile. In the end we are very satisfied with the window cleaning and satisfied with the rest.

They did a very thorough job but missed one place on one window. We called, and they returned the following day to correct the situation. This is a very professional company, on the expensive side, but well worth it.

Showed up 40 minutes early (which would be fine if I knew they would come at 7:45 am) - 3 guys and they were done in 3 hours.

iThere was great communication with this company, they returned phone calls right away. On the day they were to come and wash our windows the servicemen were running behind, so they called and told me they would be at our house within the next half hour. They were actually early. I really appreciated the communication! They were very thorough, and professional. They were very careful when moving furniture. They double checked their work, and would fix any missed spots. I was a little surprised about the cost, but when the job was completed, I it was well worth it. My windows sparkled! I will definitely use this company again!

I had asked for quick service and he had pre-booked us pending estimate The team came on time finished on time and left every window sparkling They disassembled some nasty storms and screens They were great to work with and we will use them again

I originally had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for service from another company. However, on the day of the appointment the company did not show up and their phone had been disconnected. I tried to reach them by email and got a response that they had ceased operations and was filing for bankruptcy. I contacted Angie's List re my situation and they were vety helpful, immediately refunding my money and then providing several window/gutter cleaning service recommendations in my area. One of them was Clearly Windows, which as it happened a friend had used previously and highly recommended. I contacted them and Shawn Slattery, owner, came out within an hour, gave me an estimate, and said he could have a team out that afternoon so that I would not have to move everything back in front of the windows since I had spent hours earlier preparing for the original service. His crew of 3 men came out at the time he said (within an hour), worked efficiently and quickly, and did a good job. When they went on the roof to do the gutters, they told me that there was only one corner that had anything, and the rest of the gutters were so clean, they would only charge me for that small area. How refreshing to find an honest company that doesn't try to gouge you and charge you for something you don't need!! It was apparent that they place a very high importance on receiving a good rating from Angie's List customers and wanted to do a good job I received a followup call from Shawn a few days later to check on the job his crew did and ensure that their service had met my expectations. I have never received a followup call from any service I had used before. This is a great company that provides reliable service and strives to to the best job for you. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends as well.

Called Clearly Windows on Monday (AM) and left a message on the owners phone. Was called back within the 1/2 hour. I was hoping that they could squeeze me in as it was the week before Christmas. I was told that "Ed" would be there at 10:00 (AM) on Wed. Ed arrived promptly and then set about providing an estimate for the costs. Ed came up with a figure that I thought was reasonable. He then started work, and finished 3 1/4 hours later. I thought that Ed's work was very good. When doing the interior windows I noted that he was wearing "booties" over his shoes, and was very careful with our belongings that I had not taken out of the window sills. In the end I was very satisfied with this company's and would like to have Ed return the next time that my windows need cleaning. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I don't know if I can say enough nice things about Shawn and the job they did hanging Christmas lights for me. Shawn was very responsive to my initial inquiry (email back within just a couple of hours) and all the way through installation. Shawn is very professional and explained everything that I needed to know to make a decision to hire him for the job. The price was more than I was expecting, but did include the cost of custom fit lights - which we won't have to pay again going forward. I was not able to be home while they were here installing, and was looking forward to coming home to see how it all turned out. The anticipation was totally worth it - it turned out beautifully. I couldn't be happier with how my lights turned out and will definitely continue using Shawn for my holiday lights next year. Thank you!
