carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThey are probably the best carpet cleaners that we’ve ever used. They’re prompt and timely. We spilt a bottle of red wine and they were over the next morning to take care of it. We will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were here on time. They did a good job. There were finished quickly. I had called them out to clean the couch and while they were here I mentioned a bed that needed cleaning. They went ahead and cleaned the bed at no additional charge.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean a couch and they also cleaned the top of a bed for me.

Description of Work: It is hard to find a company your can trust and depend on ... but ... Clean Freaks is one of those companies. I had a death in the family on 7/5/11 which resulted in unexpected company flying in from the east coast and arriving on the 7th. I really needed to have my carpet cleaned and ceramic tile cleaned and re-sealed but had been putting it off. Impending company made me want the cleaning done before they arrived - but I knew that was an almost impossible feat! I call CleanFreaks, explained my situation, and .... they made an appointment with me for 5pm the same day. They arrived and worked until approximately 11:30 p.m. Adam, one of the owners even showed up about 10:30 to check things out. The following day I had a few shinny spots on the tiles that I couldn't get off ... no problem, Adam showed up and took care of it. BUT ...THAT'S NOT ALL.... On the evening of the 7th when I arrived home from the airport with my company in toe, I walked into the kitchen to find that my refrigerator had died and berries I had in the freezer (blue) had leaked all over my just cleaned tile. I cleaned up the mess the best I could, but the cleaner I used still left color on my tile - I was so disappointed that my cleaning job at been ruined. CleanFreaks called on the 8th - just to check in and make sure I was happy with the job. I told them they'd done a great job, however they wouldn't believe what happened the day after they cleaned. A little later, I received a call from Maia, one of the owners, and she told me to pick a day and they would come back out - re-clean the stained area and re-seal ... just as a courtesy. I told her it was absolutely not their fault by any means, but she insisted. They did come out a few days later and did exactly what she said they'd do. Now that is professionalism and great customer service. Will I use them again ... You bet!!
