+ -1 moreThey knew exactly what was needed. They were familiar with the special procedures needed since we were rolling the money from the sale into another property. They took the time to fill us in on everything as we went along and answered all of our questions.
Description of Work: Chicago Title cleared the title, handled the funds and filed all of the appropriate papers with the state and proper agencies. This was a 1031 Exchange for Property.
