+ -1 moreBoth experiences were excellent. The office staff were efficient when we needed to negotiate the dates and times due to other commitments that I had scheduled that could not be altered. The installation staff were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They answered my questions and provided additional that I had not thought to ask. I recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: I had used this company in December 2013 to install my new window treatments. The above ratings would apply to that installation as well. My current service from this company involved removing the window treatments in order to have new windows installed and then a return appointment two days later to reinstall them once the windows had been installed.
