 + -1 moreTheir services are often booked a week or more out, so plan ahead. They always made it out when they said they would. Their guys are very knowledgeable and gave this concrete neophyte some valuable on-the-job training during the pours. The price for the concrete is comparable to other operators, but since they mix it right as you use it, you only pay for what you use in 1/4 yard increments.
Description of Work: Cascade did four separate pours for me for foundation underpinning, foundation footings, and foundation walls. I also rented the line pump for each delivery since the site is nearly impossible to access with the truck and wheeling all that concrete with a wheelbarrow would have been a huge pain. Clean up for the pump can get messy (although they can haul away all the excess, for a fee, I think).

 + -1 moreWE FOUND THIS TO BE THE ONLY SOURCE FOR SMALL LOADS. HE ONLY MIXED WHAT WE NEEDED AND ONLY CHARGED FOR WHAT HE POURED. THE BEST PART WAS HIS WILLINGNESS TO HELP WITH THE POUR WHICH ONLY COST US AN ADDITIONAL $5. IT'S ALMOST UNHEARD OF TO SEE A DRIVER HELP SPREAD HIS LOAD.
Description of Work: WE HAD A PUMPHOUSE FOUNDATION AND A PORCH SIDEWALK DELIVERED, MIXED AND POURED.
