Carpet Pros

I won't do it again. They sent out one person to do a two-person job. He stayed till 8:30 at night. The scheduling needed to be better. They lied to me also. I needed the flooring replaced before my son and his daughter moved in. So, moved out all the furniture and everything. The day before, they said they couldn't do it. I threw up a big fit. I said, "We moved all the furniture out." They had said they couldn't get the flooring and so they couldn't do it. She came back later and said, "Oh, they did find the flooring. They did get the flooring in. We could do it. We have a guy that can do it." To me, that just wasn't true. I wasn't impressed. I had a worker do the flooring in our bathrooms. Another day, a guy came and did the carpets. They both did really an excellent job. They were good. They just needed two people, each. I would use the installers again. I wouldn't use the company. They had good workers, but they didn't have good planners.
