Not responsive and then didn't bother providing the quote without explanation. I called the phone number, and PJ Cardinale, the owner, answered. We arranged for him to come to my house that evening to take measurements for a quote. I texted him my address but he never replied to my text to confirm he received it; however, he did in fact show up (20 minutes late). This was a Monday, and he stated he would have the quote to me by Thursday morning at the latest. I called Wednesday to check in and give him my email address, since I realized he had not asked for it. His voicemail box was full and I was not able to leave a message. I texted him with my email address, and he responded that he would text and email when the quote was ready the next day. The next day at 2pm, I texted to check in on the status of the quote. He never responded. At 5:30pm, I called him. He had some odd excuse about why he had not responded to my text (something about not having saved my contact info? Didn't really make sense, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt). He said he was still waiting on one estimate for an alternate window style from his vendor. I asked if it would be possible to send me the quote with the preferred windows style (which he had received info for from his vendor). He said it wouldn't be a problem and assured me that he would send it to me that evening. I never heard from him again.

So I priced out several other company's to come to my aunts house for each job and the price was absurd! Not knowing at the time that Cardinale could do all the work they gave us a fare price for updating all the windows and doing a custome trim around the windows. When speaking with the owner himself (PJ), he informed me that they could do all the work my aunt needed done. I was sceptic to see what his price would be considering what everyone else had bidded the job for. He ended up saving her over 40k all together for all the work to be done and any/ all questions we had him and his team where able to help us understand quickly. Gave my aunt a 30 year material and labor warranty on his siding and roof. No one else offered that to us and for a cheaper rate. Thank you guys!!!
