The stereo installation went smoothly.. However, they broke the rear glass in my SUV. The glass repair was awkward and dis organized. Overall. I am very happy with the stereo. I will return and recommend them.

My understanding of exterior detailing was to remove grime and any other spots on vehicle and it should look brand new. There were sap spots still on vehicle. It seems we paid for a very expensive car wash. It doesn't seem they used any wax because the vehicle didn't feel like it was waxed or it would show up on the sap. Soap residue was on the windows.

In a nutshell, after nine visits back to Car toys, to replace a radio in 1990 Honda, the steering column started smoking. I took the car to a dealer where they worked on it, but were unable to repair due to the age of the vehicle and the part needed. Car toys did not help in the repair of the car- and instead only wished to provide $500 compensation to me. The car was irreparable and stayed in the shop over a full year. The car is considered totaled- bc the dealer said it is un drivable with the fire hazard caused from the poor wiring job. I will never use Car Toys again.

Very well, they tried first to fix my old stereo, than did exactly what I asked, install new inexpensive stereo. No cheesy upsell attempts or unwanted distractions. They were competent and professional.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE. SOMETIMES WE HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO BE HELPED BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THERE AT THE TIME. THE STEREO ONLY TOOK ONE HOUR TO PUT IN THOUGH SO THAT WAS GOOD.
