The young man who performed this service was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did the job unobtrusively and expediantently. It was so nice to piles of little dead black bodies on my floors!!! (I am not being sarcastic either!) The product used also killed other little bugs that have been residing in my home ... without an invitation.

They are price competitive, and they are very personable and care what they are doing in the house. They really take an interest in the house and want to solve the problem. One of the things that I really like is that they email to let me know when they are coming.

They were on time and professional. After they sprayed the first time we noticed a lot of dead ants but we still had live ants too. We attributed it to the rainy weather possibly diluting the spray, but we were still happy to have fewer ants. They called a week later to see if we were satisfied, and we explained we still had ants. They immediately scheduled another appointment and came back and sprayed again - free of charge - this time on a day without rain. Ants are gone and we are very happy with the service we received and felt the price was more than fair. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

The technician thoroughly explained where he thought the ant nest was and why he was doing what he was doing. What I should expect as to how long it would take for the treatment to take effect. I was concerned about my son's dog and the spray he explainned once it is dry it is not a problem. He also said the spray would not only take care of the ants but also spiders and carpenter ants. He was very friendly, courteous and professional.

The follow up was not as good as I'd like. We could not find a time for them to follow up. Part my fault, part theirs. I am very busy and hard to get a hold of. I would shop price before using them again.

Great. The technician looked over the whole house, took down one hornet nest, and sprayed for other pests. Very nice fellow.

No ants have been seen for several days, so I'm pretty sure they've been exterminated.

I cannot recommend this company. They never discussed a one year service agreement with me!

There was a decrease in the amount of spiders on front entryway for months after appointment. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable .

The technician, Samantha, was friendly and professional. Didn't seem bothered by me basically following her around, and explained what she was doing the whole time. She was on time, and took her shoes off on the way in (even though I said she didn't need to).

I missed Brandon during his first visit when he treated the exterior, so he came back to finish the inside when I was here. He was right on time, he was courteous and explained what he was doing and when he'd be back. Based on his service when I did get to meet him, I have every confidence that he did a great job when I wasn't here. Thanks Brandon!

Bulwark did a great job and we felt went above and beyond for us.They treated our entire property and were so responsive to our needs and asks. We are really pleased to know that if we see anything or have any issues they will come out and treat at any time. I like the guarantee of their services and the fact that treatments in between the quarterly treatments are free of charge.

Went very well! Cory and Co. were very professional, to the point, and friendly. All the qualities you need in a pest controller. That, and they completely obliterated all the bugs in and around my house. Let that be a lesson to the rest of you bugs!

Brandon arrived at the tail end of his 6-8pm window but called at 7 to let us know and make sure it was ok. He stayed until 9 treating the exterior and interior - and was fearless in getting in the face of a wasp nest lurking inside our patio table.

The technician Jarom was very professional. He arrived on time and started working right away. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about an hour but he was finished well under that. I would definitely hire them again!

Cory was on time, removed his shoes and sprayed everywhere we saw ants in the house. Then he sprayed the yard. He promised to come back quickly should we see another ant.

John is always so polite and nice and very thorough. Not only does he do a good job of spraying for pests, but will also hunt down problems (such as wasps) and even brushes any cobwebs off the building. The best part of having him for a technician is that I can trust him to do a good job. That is worth a lot!
