Description of Work: I purchased a deal from Bulwark Exterminating and called the same day to schedule an appointment. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and even called me back after I was off work to finish scheduling as I needed to confirm with my husband the date and time he could take off work. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday August 6th between 9-11am. My husband took off work to be there and they never showed. When he called them at 11am they said that they switched our appointment time to later in the day and never contacted myself or my husband to confirm if the new time would be okay. The new time was not okay as my husband had to be back at work. They said we could reschedule however, I would like a refund for this deal as I do not want to use their service if they cannot respect our time or at least communicate the change in appointment.

+ -1 moreCory retreated the exterior of the home, removed his shoes and then entered the home to treat the interior. He was pleasant and polite and got his job done quickly. So far, Bulwark seems to want to make sure their customers are satisfied and seem to be doing what they need to do to make that happen.
Description of Work: The technician (Cory A) came to do a follow-up service as per Bulwark's guarantee (that if bugs/pests show up between treatments Bulwark will treat the home again at no additional charge). After seeing a few spiders here and there in the home, I called to request an additional treatment.

He performed the inside spraying as well as outside spraying, cleanup, and other work quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and did a great job on all the work. He cleaned up all the cob webs, bee hives, and leaves/grass etc that were around the parameter of my house.
Description of Work: Today Bulwark performed their bug services at my house. Prevent future bugs, cleaned up cobwebs and bee hives, etc. The price seems kind of high for the work they do but I think it matches what the other providers do.
