+ -1 moreThe equipment was slow in arriving do to traffic problems. I checked back the next day and the building was down with a small amount of debris remaining to be removed. D'Wayne checked back with me after the job was totally finished. I checked the site the following day and true to what he reported, the site was in pristine condition.
Description of Work: The job was to demolish and haul away the debris of a two-story building built in 1906. The building had become unstable and needed to be removed. I received several bids from contractors that handled demolition. Several bids were close, while others were out in left field. I chose Buckley because of his past experience in demolition. The job was tricky as there was not much maneuvering room with condo construction underway within 20 feet South, and another building about 10 feet to the North. He took the building down is less than a day and hauled away all the debris the next day. He cleaned up any remaining debris and washed down the site leaving everything in pristine condition. The construction workers on either side complimented him on his ability to remove the building without causing any damage to the surrounding areas.
