When Brian Perrault showed up from BTU Direct, his friendly manner and extensive knowledge of gas furnaces immediately put me at ease. He was very thorough at discovering what I wanted in a gas furnace. He provided several options to accomplish this. Brian was the fourth person that I had interviewed to install a new furnace and he was by far the most frugal. He did not recommend a whole lot of extras. I asked him to work up a quote and after looking at his quote and the three others that I had, I knew at once that he would be the person to install the furnace. His quote, by the way, was approximately a $1000 less than each of the others. Brian came out three days later with another installer and the two of them immediately went to work on the furnace. They started the project at eight o'clock in the morning and continued working until eight o'clock that night. They went beyond the bid and did not charge extra to coat and insulate all of the ducts in the house. This has helped to keep the heat in and lower the gas bill. They thoroughly cleaned whatever was necessary. They filled up some holes in the chimney created by the installer of the previous furnace. The BTU team sent pipes up through the roof. This concerned me as the roof had just been replaced. But not to worry as Brian then patched up the roof so that it looked as good as before. The 92% efficient furnace that Brian installed has saved us almost 25% on every gas bill we've had since it was installed. Brian was right on the mark with everything he told us. He and his crew were extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and stuck to the job until it was done right. I recommend this company every chance I get. I did a lot of research and BTU Direct is simply the best.

Every time I called and had a question. If they couldn't get my call they always called me right back. They knew exactly what they were were talking about. They were definitely the best priced in the area. I felt that they really valued me as a customer.
