They were very punctual. They guarantee their work. Easy to work with as well. Communication was exceptional. If I call them they always call me back.

Was quoted inflated price for two shower valve cartridges. After the plumber left my husband figured out how to clear the pipe beyond the valve, which was the actual issue stopping water from getting to shower head, not the cartridge or valve. It's true our valves are old, and will need to be replaced, someday but we now have 2 well functioning showers that actually didn't even need a cartridge replacement at all (which they wanted $650 for). Bower's wanted far too much money for a simple task, that in the end did not provide a fix. The office also seems disorganized. They kept calling me and saying they had sent a quote or bill to my email. I once answered and stated I didn't receive it. They didn't ask for my correct email. The next time they called I had my husband answer and try to politely talk about the high price they were asking for a very simple task that didn't provide a fix, or assess what was really going on with the water blockage. The office got defensive, and then they sent a bill with a minor discount to my husband's email address.

They're knowledgeable and professional. They're well versed on what the proper codes are for the area. Joe, the owner, when he came out to do the bid spoke with me for an hour about what I wanted done and what I could get and what the differences in the materials he uses are versus those that other companies use.

I would absolutely use them again and have already done so.
