The worst person I have delt with in along time
Description of Work: They used my backhoe for 2 weeks and wrote me a check for$2900 that bounced but They rerented it and was paid $2500 which I seen none of they are nothing but scammers They belong in jail

FANTASTIC!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! rental experience i have ever had. the whole process was fast and hassle free and the check out quick and effortless ten if i could give them!!!

As another reviewer said you don't even deserve one star, you deserve jail time. Chris Walls the owner of Bobcat Rentals is a crooked business man, dishonest, unprincipled unscrupulous and untrustworthy, illegal business practices. Be aware who you are dealing with!!!! Horrible, they never showed up. I asked them to call me if there were any issues as I was hiring someone to operate the unit. When i arrived at the job site, the bobcat wasn't there and they failed to get it out after promising a couple times. They also have a D- BBB rating and a 1-star rating in Yelp.

This customer placed a last minute order on Friday 5/6/2016 for a delivery the very next day with a Bobcat skid steer loader and a grapple. We did everything to accommodate this customer but sometimes equipment fails, it's simply the nature of equipment. We help over 6,000 customers a year and to have this one and first that we know of on Angie's List not be pleased is not too bad of a ratio of customer satisfaction. We only have two grapple attachments and a customer from the day before ripped a hydraulic line out which became apparent when he returned late Friday at 8 pm (we are open 24 hrs, 7 days a week). Our one grapple attachment was on long term rent, and the one we needed for Mr. [Member name removed] was this one w/the broken line. The moment the supply house opened on Saturday at 8 a.m. we were standing there to purchase new lines. We were ready able to deliver to Mr. [Member name removed] by 10 a.m. but by that time he was aggravated and cancelled. We are sorry and gladly offered him a concession.
