The person showed up as scheduled. The work required a couple of visits to complete which was fine with me. The company was entirely professional and the cost was in line with the estimate. My concerns were primarily in the workmanship. The chimney are on the weather facing side of the roof and experience strong winds and rain in the winter. The corners were not squared off and would have been a perfect catch for wind and rain channeling both into any opening possible to the interior. I asked them to come back and they did. The result was an improvement but not what I would have expected. I did pay but it was not a particularly professional quality job. They may have reasons for being able to square the flashing at the corners of the chimney but they did not explain. I also found pieces of sharp metal from the flashing on the deck and in the yard which is a bit of a problem and they did come back to clean up. I may hire them for similar work in the future but would require some thoughtfulness before doing so. The people were entirely professional and accommodating and I gave them high marks on this point. I have pictures if someone is interested but not sure if that is something that can be added to the feedback process.

Their prices were cheaper than the other estimates we got. They were a nice company to work with, but they were slow to get around to us. They got the job done in a timely manner. They sent 2 people out to clean the roof and then one guy came back and sealed it.

All went well! They were courteous punctual, and cleaned up after their work.

I have more experience with this company. His communication was really good. He did not follow through. When he initially came out he checked the roof out thoroughly. Then we talked about all of the stuff that needed to be fixed. The cover for the bathroom fan was supposed to be changed and he forgot. He was supposed to fix one corner of the house and did not do it. They did fix the flashing around the chimney. It looks good. He put in new valleys on the roof and they look good and work great. He fixed the front porch roof and that looks real good. The painter that they used dumped oil based primer all over the front lawn and I can still see it. It is a hazardous waste material that is supposed to go out to the dump. If he had brought it to me I could have taken out, but he did not do that. It was raining and he parked his truck on my front lawn and now I have tracks on my front lawn. Fred is very nice and sociable. I would not hire this company again, because of his worker. They came out in July and tore some stuff off the roof to see how far down the damage was and left trash all over my yard. I did not hear from Fred until three weeks later. I would not have him back, because he is not reliable. I thought the price was too much because he did not finish things.

Fred came out to get measurements for a roof replacement. When I told him out my mold problem in the attic he pointed out it was only in an area where I had a leak. He knew I was not ready to pay for a new roof so he advised I clean up the mold and replace the soffit venting until I can afford a new roof. I was told that he would send over an estimate for the venting and a separate estimate for the roof. He was very professional and I appreciated his honesty I figured next spring I would call Bastaldi and a competitor to see who had my best interest in hand for a new roof. Well I never received an estimate from Bastaldi and when I called and left a message last week, I never got a return call. I wouldn't give an F but I don't think I would use them in the future.

He took pictures and came down and showed me them as I was unable to get up on my roof. He explained different ways to fix the issue and I have not had any leaks since that time. He was very knowledgeable.

I appreciated them doing what they promised without trying to upsell me as other Big Dealers do sometimes.

Fred arrived just when they said. After Fred finished the bid, I did not get a copy because the van he drove that day didn't have the proper paper work that he needed. So, Fred said that he would have someone at the office email me a photo copy of his bid. I received the email on 9/18. I called to schedule the work the next day. I was quite satisfied with the bid, And Fred was very professional. The person that answered the phone said that they were very busy but it looked like late the following week would be possible, they would call me. No call. I called them, they were sorry. I was told that it looked like they could get me scheduled the next week, They would call with an update. Conversations with the office person were always very very short, like I was interrupting her busy day. Well guess what? No call. If Bastaldi didn't want to do the work I would rather that they tell me up front than string me along like they did. I will not be calling Bastaldi back for any type of work because of the way I was treated.

Even from the day that Fred came out to give us an estimate we were impressed. He was on the roof for a long time and showed us with the help of photos, the problems we had from the old roof. With each problem, he also had a solution. We were under some time constraints and he was able to get all the work done well within them. He also kept us within our budget. Clean up after the work was done was great. The kitchen window, which had been an eyesore, looks amazing now. We definitely would recommend them.

Overall - the estimator came and took pictures with a formal report and bid. They were able to set up a repair date per our convenience. The workers wore safety equipment and respected the request to not put the ladder on the gutter. Alfonso has been working with tile roofs for 12 years and repaired what was necessary with our extra tiles.

We had rain issues. It took us awhile to get an apointment. They asked me to give them the color of my roof in case they needed to replace. They showed up with black and my roof was actually a green black mix. They had to go buy a new pack to be able to match the color of my roof and they charged me $80 extra. They did a great job and took photos. They discover a leak off my chimney and repaired my flashing. They repaired 2 of my vents and 1 of my neighbors vents. They were tight and a professional crew. I told them I wanted a quote for some work on the side of my house that has some weather issues. I never heard from them again after they left. When I talked to the girl in the office she knew I wanted quotes and needed to set up another appointment so the crew and the office knew.

They were great. They assisted me with my rental house which I'm not able to visit during the week easily so they worked around my scheduled to make it happen. Very smooth transaction.

I bought the coupon, the company contacted me back right away to schedule an appointment. Availability was excellent and when weather was bad they called to reschedule at my earliest convenience. It was nice to have the telephone confirmation of appointment on day of service as well. I wasn't sure about how it would go since the workers obviously have English as a second language but they know what they are doing and took pictures of the roof (before and after shots) so I am very confident that the job was well done.

Beaver Worx reroofed my home in 2005 and garage in 2006. I last used them to clean my roof and gutters. They did a nice job on the work performed. The cost was expensive but they are good.

The work done on our home was great: the work was done on time, a little over budget, but it looks professional and will last years. Unfortunately, even though we paid our bill in full, Beaver Worx has not paid for the materials used during our project. A lien has been put on our home due to this oversight. After repeated phone calls, no one from the office answers the phone or returns our messages. It's too bad, because I really like the work that was done and would have highly recommended them.

Joe came out and inspected my roof, pointed out some problem areas and took pictures. We met again and he had a thorough and detailed proposal. It was a little more than the other offer I had from a different company. Joe was able to match that offer. I feel that the quality of the roof Joe was offering was better than the other companies and the warranty was much better so it all worked out in my favor. We signed papers and he advised me that Ellen would call to schedule the work date. Ellen was great, she was always a pleasure to speak with, we worked around my schedule and agreed on a date in July. On the scheduled date Victor and his crew arrived on time and prepared. What can I say about this crew other than they are great at what they do. They completely did the tear off of the existing roof. Unfortunately for me, upon tearing off the old roof there was damage to some existing wood. They replaced the plywood and installed some baffles. Victor and his team cleaned up daily. The completed look of the roof far exceeded my expectations, I could not be any happier. I only have high praises for this team and for BeaverWorx and highly recommend them. I plan to continue business with them and have them come out annually to clean the roof.

Because of the winter weather, it took a while to schedule a date with BeaverWorx. The worker that came to look at our roof was able to quickly identify and repair the mystery leak. It seems that some of the plywood under the shingles was separating at the seam, leaving a gap that the water entered. The worker removed some shingles (without damaging them), placed a product along the seam (and I wish I could remember the official name - it was like a long strip of tape), and then replaced the shingles.

Beaver Worx was quite flexible in scheduling the appointment to meet my schedule. They were fairly punctual and immediately went to work inspecting the roof. The technician showed me pictures and identified where I had a missing shingle. They went to get the correct type of shingle. When they returned, one technician put the shingle on while the other inspected the crawl space. The lead technician gave me a clear report on the condition of the roof, followed up with an email from someone at the office. Overall, the service was very good and just what I was expecting from the "Big Deal" I purchased.

This project was tricky since the roof is really non-walkable and required a 40 foot ladder for access. In addition, my property has lots of trees and slope, making conditions difficult. Luckily we had a nice day. I appreciated that Beaverworx was open-minded and creative in finding a solution for the problem.

They did really well. They are friendly. They cleaned up after the work was finished.

The contractor found no major issues, he did find a few tiles needed to be replaced which I was aware of, he had materials available so replaced the tiles, took care of some nail pops,caulking and reattached the gutter something or others. I only had to pay for the tiles over and above the coupon price which was explained in the coupon so no suprise there. I was advised that I was getting alot of moss build up on the roof so will probably contact this company later in the spring for a clean up. Over all I was very happy with the service, and was not pressured to buy additional services or products.

Fantastic...they fixed the problem for a $1,000 less than another company estimated. Very happy with their service. Owner gave me personal attention.
