Combine that with a competitive bid and I had no question who I was hiring. The job was delayed a few days, but there was constant communication. Now that he has done the work at my place, I understand the delay. He was not going to leave until the job was completely done (including cleanup) and done well. Highly recommend.

Kyle does impeccable work. He fabricated my counters on-site! I had obtained some granite from Second Use in Seattle as I wanted to upcycle. What I didnâ t know is this would be a process to vet and find someone who would be willing to fabricate on-site. Kyle stepped up to the plate and knocked this project out of the park. The counters are absolutely stunning. He seamed together two pieces flawlessly. I highly recommend Backcountry Counters, LLC. I am a very happy customer and Iâ m glad to have connected with this family owned business.

Kyle was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful and very thoughtful in sourcing and installing our granite kitchen countertops. He clearly has good relationships with his suppliers as well. He was very responsive to questions and was able to make on-site adjustments as needed even once the counter was in place. Highly recommend him for projects and will be using him again in the future.

Very fast response. They came out the same day and drilled the faucet hole I needed.

Kyle was prompt, courteous and easy to talk to. We unexplained that we needed the quartz counter overhang cut back to allow for a wider refrigerator. He went to work on it and had the job done in about 45 minutes. The counter top looks great and we can now replace our refrigerator with the wider one that actually costs less.

Excellent quality, showed up on time. Transparent pricing. Did not require money down in my case. Whole process took one week. Removal and install in one day!
