 + -1 moreTHIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. PREVIOUSLY THEY DREW OUR PLANS FOR A GARAGE/SHOP AND ARE NOW JUST FINISHING UP THE PLANS FOR US ON OUR SECOND HOME. EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE ALL THE TIME NEEDED TO GET YOUR DRAWINGS EXACTLY THE WAY YOU ENVISION YOUR PROJECT. WE ESPECIALLY LIKE THE WAY THEY GAVE US SUGGESTIONS ON THINGS THAT MIGHT WORK BETTER THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT.
Description of Work: AS OF 3/30/05 HAVE PAID THE ABOVE AMOUNT TO AUSTINCINA ARCHITECTS FOR DRAWING OF CUSTOM HOUSE PLANS FOR OUR SECOND HOME. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE FINAL PLANS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE ENGINEERS AND WILL PAY THE ADDITIONAL MONEY DUE AT THAT TIME.
