Description of Work: I am leaving this company after 8 frustrating years. Issues I encountered They require a credit card to charge which is OK except they double charged twice. I found out on my bank account At a tthousand dollars a load this is problematic and it took a week after notifying them to get the money back. They want the tank at 10% or less in order to provide a full tank fill up. This proved difficult when they were told I was at that level and needed a delivery they advised me that their schedule was full for the only day they deliver in my area so I would have to wait two weeks. We ran out of propane for four days this winter. The last incident was there requirement for a check upon delivery which is what I wanted because I didn't trust them with my account and they specified the delivery day but not the time. The driver calls and says he is five minutes out and he needed a check. We were twenty minutes away, no delivery. The only payment incidents we have had since joining them was their mismanagement of our funds.

 + -1 moreIt's a really good company. We've used them for the last nine years. They have the best prices around here. They're really reliable. The staff is nice on the telephone and the workers who come out are really nice. You don't have to be home. I've left a check for them outside by the tank.
