As Rich's crew worked to remove the large damaged branch, they dropped a round of the trunk on my new metal fence, denting it and breaking a connection between two fence panels. Rich came the next day with one of his crew and attempted to "repair" the damage by pounding on the dented panel, using a hammer and wood block. I said I was not satisfied with the damaged panel and sent Rich an estimate from the fence company for proper repair of the panel. I never heard from him again, in spite of at least one reminder after that. Very disappointing service.

I needed to have a tree taken down from my backyard, and found Arborcare here on Angie's List. On Nov 12, I called the listed phone number and I believe the owner answered. He took down my name, phone number and address and said his estimator would call me. I didn't hear anything back, so emailed them on Nov 16, asking that the estimator call me the next day. Never heard anything from anyone. I will not call again, because I shouldn't have to beg to get them to perform service for me. And yes, I realize that there was a windstorm after my first call, and that they may have been busy, but that's no excuse to not return my call or email during the next 10 days (even to just say, we are swamped but we will get to you as soon as we can). That's what office help is for. It's so disappointing when this lack of follow-up occurs with contractors, and it seems to be prevalent. Very poor business model.

tly as they They provided the proper equipment and crew to work this very difficult job of removing 2 very tall and large trees that were leaning on our house, with yet another 2/3 of the trees hanging over the rest of our house. They came promptly as indicated, provided a safe and professional job, and due to the massive amounts of tree(s) length to cut down and remove safely to the yard. No damage to the house during the process and minimal damage to the yard (the cut pieces had to go somewhere). All the crew members were professional and the owner, Rich came by again to ensure that clean up was done properly as well. This was a dangerous situation that was handled well. We will use this service again for any arborcare services that we need.

Purchased an Amazon Local coupon, tried to contact the company for 2 weeks - finally got a hold of the owner and set up an appointment. No show - no phone call. Set up 2 other appointments with the owner both were no show and no phone call. Called Amazon Local for a refund - received refund.
