I have purchased a deal on the website, and when I contact them, she always promise a date but she is always putting me off, & doesn't inform me, and I have to call her up for an update. I still want the service to be done though, no later than the end of May, as she told me that she is not be available until middle of April. This is not a good business practice, and if she is having some health issues, she should tell me and not wait for me to call her & be given another schedule.

Work required touch up cleaning after they finished

She informed me that they did not do glass, fridges, or ovens. Towards the end, she mentioned she knew it would not take 2 hrs and 45 min.

They offered so many hours with so many staff and changed it at the last minute to different hours if service with more people, which I found confusing. My kitchen floor still had some of the same things stuck on it as when they arrived. Bathrooms were clean.

Despite some confusion over the date that service was to be performed, I was very pleased with the results. The house sparkled!

They were a great team, very professional and went above and beyond

Clean my medium size home. They could not find the address and I spend almost forty minutes on the phone trying to get them to take the right exit. This is a populat new sub division right by hundreds of businesses. I had asked them to call me week ahead to make sure that they know how to get there. They broke the appointment twice and tried to show up on the day of the service without calling or making sure that they knew how to get there

As a "gold" member of Angie's List. I hire services frequently. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After reviewing their work, I could not tell that many surfaces were even dusted: cobwebs still in the windows, bathroom floor wasn't even vacuumed (still loose dirt/debris laying on the floor); dust on the doors and windows. When I called to ask them why the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned, or even dusted, they tried to tell me that it was because it was an old mosaic floor. This is just one week after I had the new tile installed! When I confronted them with the reality that it was a new floor, & asked them to come back to finish the job, they got an big attitude about it. Their attitude was contentious, but said they would meet me. I went back to the house that weekend, they were late, and so cleaned the floor myself. I called them and told them not to bother coming, as I finished it myself. At which, they said, "oh, we were going to offer you a discount", and then immediately hung up on me. RUDE. I had to apologize to the tenants for all the remaining dust throughout the house that was never wiped down. DO NOT HIRE this company. If the services you require entail cleaning, I really didn't seem them up for the job.

When I talked to them about coming back, I thought it was a little over priced for what they did.

They didn't show up for the appointment. I had arranged to have someone at my home to let them in. A total waste of time. Very unprofessional not to call and cancel if something has come up making it impossible for them to keep this appointment. I'm very unhappy.

That went well / fine. It was easy to schedule. It was okay. They were able to finish the job. They could've been a little bit faster and a little more attentive to detail.

Two people two hours. It went fine. She kept explaining that they might not get to other things. Windows didn't get done. But it still went well. For me it was acceptable. But was not an A service.

It went very well. The lady called the day before to re-confirm. They came on time and they finished on time. Besides the kitchen and bathrooms, I told her if she still have some time before the four hours is up, maybe she can vacuum the stairs for me. They had actually finished the job right within the four hour's mark. They could have just either refused to do it or asked for extra money. But the owner was very cheerfully vacuumed the stairs for us without charging extra. I have encouraged my daughter-in-law to get her house done!

They did an excellent job. The house was very thoroughly cleaned. Will use this company again.

They were not very detailed. We were very specific that we needed a deep clean of the master bathroom shower, but they didn't even clean all the soap scum or scrub the chrome hardware. If I hadn't mentioned that I worked cleaning houses, I think they would have done less than they did as they were hesitant to clean windows because of "time". They could have done a much better job and not worth the money spent. We had to hire another cleaner to come and only charged a fraction of the price.

Aparicio Cleaning Services came to my home and did an excellent job. I plan on using them in the future.

The cleaning itself was mostly good except for the mantle (they wiped it but didn't move the stuff on top). They told me at 7:59am that they'd be late for the set 8am arrival time. Three people showed up just after 9:45am. Of the two women, one started working immediately and did well. The second women worked as if she were in slow motion. The man stood around for the majority of the time doing nothing. They worked for just over an hour despite me paying for 4 hours worth of cleaning. They also said Angies List get 95% of the profit, limits the amount of cleaning services that are offered, and to just book through them next time. They advised me not to leave a bad review.

I bought an Angies List Deal for cleaning because we are having a holiday party and I wanted cleaning help due to the busy season. They scheduled services promptly, confirmed the day before, the night before and at 7:45a.m. the morning of, so I was feeling really pleased. Then two hours before they were supposed to show up (they were supposed to be here at noon) they call to cancel because "it snowed" and "its a safety issue". A very small amount of snow was reported in her area (none in mine or on the freeways) and there were no abnormal road hazard warnings issued, so this doesn't ring true. She got an attitude when I called her on it. Basically, it seems like she decided she didn't want to drive to my area today, leaving me with no cleaning service the day before my Christmas party (too late to schedule someone else) and not one iota of remorse for blowing off the job. We looked at her reviews this morning and it turns out that she has done this to others so buyer beware. We contacted Angies List and were refunded promptly.

Very good job, on time and friendly

The women did a great job and worked very hard. I was pleased with their attention to detail. I am hiring them again for pre-holiday cleaning services.
