+ -1 moreAl did not show to the appointment. He did not call or answer the phone when I called. I am moving from Oregon to the Tacoma area and had driven 3 hours to make the appointment. I would not trust him in my house now.

+ -1 moreShowed up late to both appointments, I should have known then. I went with Al anyway because of a friend. He ordered twice as much hardwood flooring as was needed, later on charging me a restocking fee for wood that he ordered too much of. I finally fired him when he would answer my calls because I never was given an install date. I later found out that the wood he "returned" was in his shop. He charged me a $102 restocking fee!

+ 0 moreThey did a thorough estimate, solved problems that were identified, completed the work while we were out of town, and were very responsive. A year and a half later, my floors still look brand new.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE FIRST TIME. THEN RETURNED TO INSTALL THE BLINDS.
Description of Work: I CALLED BECAUSE I WANTED VERTICAL BLINDS INSTALLED ON TWO WINDOWS. THEY MEASURED AND INSTALLED THEM.
