+ -1 moreIt went great. They quoted a schedule in advance and despite of several rainstorms (very unusual for July even if it is Seattle) they finished on time and on budget. The water found it's way through all the tarps they'd put up but they repaired the slight damage quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: The roof on this house was in terrible shape. There were 3 layers of composite over cedar shake and nothing but emergency maintenance had been done in the past 30 years. In addition, there was a small gabled roof over the porch which was in terrible condition and the 4x4 posts that held up that porch roof were misaligned and crooked. They straightened that out, replaced the roof, engineered & installed a small roof to cover and subterranean stairwell and storage room, and installed decorative knee braces under the eaves on the main gable.
