 + -1 moreI had a contract discount with the U of MN. I had bids from North American, Atlas, and Allied. All were pretty much the same. I chose North American b/c they did the most detailed bid and guaranteed a two day delivery window. Air Van was the comapny in Seattle that handled the loading. We had two movers come up from Tacoma with a small truck - our street was small. We did most of the packing. They wrapped and packed all the framed art and the beds. They packed up everything in about 6-7 hours. The two of them worked really hard and were very pleasant. Everything that they packed survived the cross country move without damage. would use again.

 + -1 moreFor the the contracted service Air Van was to supply, it went very well. I believe there were some packers who were requested by our moving company. The two gentlemen sent over were very corteous, hard working and professional. Plus, Jill was very helpful in her role as the site surveyer and local contact.
Description of Work: We received services from Airvan connected with a corporate relocation. Air Van was our local rep. Jill, from Air Van, came to our home to conduct the site survey. She also made herself available to deliver any boxes we needed before the movers came to pack. I did call for an assortment of boxes and she did deliver the boxes in a timely manner along with tape and paper (which I forgot to request).

 + -1 moreThe moving was good, but their communication needs some help. I had to call several times for follow-up. In the end we got everything straightened out.
Description of Work: They moved some of my possessions into storage. They are also moving my possessions to my new locations once I've moved.
