He was prompt and thorough. It is not as effective as he said it would be. I do have vacant properties around me and live in a rural area. The jury is still out on whether or not I think this is a good product.

I had a terrible problem and he was able to stop them. He had to come back a few times and didn't charge me more.

He is couretous, attentive, proffesional and does an excellent job. The price is reasonable for the service he offers because he checks on the property and if it doesn't work the first time he will come back out.

Mike was very friendly and ready to please. He told me if there were any more signs of moles to please call and he would be right out. I had no more problems.

Beware. Please don't waste your time of money. Several years ago we hired Mike. He came out and put his bait in the tunnels and then returned later to check. This is when he then sold us the baiting system....which does not work. Our mole problem only got worse and we could not get him to back up his warranty. He is very unprofessional and when called only got angry, starting yelling and hung up. He would then only yell on the phone or quickly hang up and not deal with the warranty. For the first time I went to the BBB. He responded to them with misinformation. Frankly, I gave up. I would not turn to the BBB again as nothing was accomplished and they reported the matter as resolved! More waste of time. I have done hours and hours and hours of investigation on moles over the past several years since then and have tried a variety of things including traps. Moles will not eat his bait. It might deter them for a short time while they dig somewhere else but they come back. The only effective way is trapping, which as noted on his website was banned in WA in 2000 for hired companies, thus why he came up with this fraudulent scheme. I did like his tunnel probe, however everything else is useless. Moles are a big problem. But please don't waste your time and money hiring Mike.

I have a new lawn and moles were destroying it. Mike came when he said he would come. He put granules in several places in my yard and gave me a 45-day guarantee. He also assured me that it could take up to two weeks before the moles would be gone. It took about ten days but then I saw another mound. Mike sent his crew to my house but another mound again. Mike came back himself and put his product in the yard. Hopefully the problem is gone but he said he would come back if I see any more mounds. Mike was responsive to me and I won't hesitate to call him again if the moles return.

He came when he said he would come. He comes back, if I have a problem for no extra charge. He is doing his job. My overall experience is excellent.

We really like their service. We can call the technician directly if we’re having a problem, and they come out within a couple of days. They keep coming out until the problem is resolved. Their price is excellent. We will use them again in the future.

They responded quickly to my inquiry. They seem to be knowledgeable and experts in their field.

They were great. They had a flat rate, so I could call them back if I ever noticed another problem, which I had to do a few times.

They seem a little expensive. They are courteous and they come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they are going to do. I think I am going to go with someone else.
