I learned through him the property already had an offer on it, which the listing agent neglected to tell me, but disclosed to him. We then pursued another property an Ray and Nik represented us the whole way through, form showing to inspection, to multiple counter offers to closing. We were very satisfied with the result and the house.
Description of Work: Ray and Nik represented us in purchasing a home in the Ballard Area of Seattle. He was very fair and gave me upfront and honest answers to my questions and requests. He was not just a yes man, but actually looked out for our best interests. His communication is excellent and email promptly returned. His service was pretty much turn key and you get more than your money's worth.
