Brian Tyson confronted 2 Generators, which had numerous problems. He was patient with diagnosing and then focused on correcting the problems. I thought Generac Generators would be easier to update and repair. These are not as easy to maintain as I understood. Brian overcame these issues, and we now have working generators. I am a happy person.
