3/22/2017 First to Review I am pleased to give RTC a 5-Star review. Rick is very professional and helpful. He has done two jobs for us. Both times he arrived on time with his crew ready to work. They all worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a sidewalk for us a couple of years ago, leaving the trench for us to do as we pleased, exactly as we wanted. Today, they were out removing a chimney base which they did as promised. As sometimes happens with demo jobs, we had a snag. This was NOT Rick's nor his crew's fault. The entire stack slipped nearly an inch, so they had to shore it up. Unfortunately, we need to remove the entire stack, which means a new ticket. Again, this is no reflection on them. It's just how it goes with old construction. Perhaps we should have done the entire stack from the start, but I was following the advice of a foundation leveling company. (I'm just relieved nobody was hurt when the stack nearly gave way). Rick took the time to explain in detail what happened and what needs to be done. We plan more demo projects on our property and will certainly call Rick back to do them. The office staff is always courteous and professional. Always a pleasure working with this company. He has a sweet little dog too. Always trust a person who has a good dog! :) Thanks for all your hard work and you will hear from us in the future!
