I received a call back within under an hour of requesting an estimate. Very fast, very friendly, very professional. My garage door was replaced in less than 4 hours. The time from ordering to install, in February, was about 3 weeks. I am very satisfied!

While in the middle of our house sale process, the inspector required some unexpected safety measures on our garage opener. After researching several companies,Rainier offered the best price & most personal attention. Ultimately, we didn't need to do this work. However, Rainier went through the whole process with me, explaining everything in detail. This is an honest company that looks out for the highest good of their customers.....regardless of whether we have a legal contract. This rare integrity of one's word is why we will use no other for anything to do with garage door servicing.

Would have liked to receive a call (or email) one business day before the door install to confirm that they had received the ordered roll up door. Which was ordered 4 weeks before the install date of 2-1-2016.

We got a call within 15 minutes of sending the request for an appointment through Home Advisor They offered to come even earlier than their first appointment time the very next day. They called to confirm before they arrived the morning of the appt. They had the parts and were able to get our door back working again in less than an hour. I'd definitely recommend them! .
