It went well. One thing I suggest they do differently is that if I don't pick up my phone, not to leave the job site and come back the next day. I did give you guys the ok to pump the tank without me there so I wasn't sure why I needed to answer the phone before you guys went ahead with the job. Glad that you guys were able to come back the next day to do the job though.

When he arrived and within a couple minutes discovered our field pump had been unplugged. This is my first experience being on a septic and Jeff educated me and my wife on some basics. He recommended we not pump our septic and only charged us a minimal service fee. Very pleased with Jeff's honesty and workmanship.

Such a great idea, working with another company closely to provide such great service. Can't say enough good things about these people.

I have used them several times. They are great. They were prompt, thy did a nice clean job, and everything was perfect. They were in and out in an hour. The price was fair, it was just about as cheap as it gets. I use them every year.

They have always been very good. No complaints. They always show up on time. Reasonably priced.

It was fine. They are a good company. I'll have to call them again pretty soon. They just come and I have a riser and they are very thorough. The guy's always dressed very nice. He looks very nice for someone that is running a pumping truck. He doesn't have to do any digging, because I have a riser. The price is comparable.

It went very well. There are some glitches about the timing. But the work they did was extremely professional. Cleaning up after the work and job done extremely well.

On approximately 08-01-2014 I made an appointment for Lee Sanitation to come @ 2:00 PM on 08-15-2014. I called when they failed to turn up on August 15th at the appointed time. and was advised by Tammy that: They wanted to call me but they failed to take my phone # when I made the appointment! I suggested to them that they could easily have searched on-line under my name and address. When they took my order they were very professional. When, however, I called them to see if they would be arriving sometime after the 2:00 P.M. appointment time on august 15th,, the person with whom I spoke was less than professional, in fact, I found her rather sarcastic. I have used them many times. They are very reasonable. Everything about them was very good.

poorly bid. Original bid was $7195. They kept adding on items that should have been addressed in the original bid. The bidder left the company and they were reluctant to give me the contract we signed. She suggested 6 weeks to complete. The job actually took 7 months to complete. They originally said they would handle the permit process with the City, but nothing was done with the city until I did it. They left a mess that I had to hire someone else to clean up.

The job took longer than originally planned because of the size and shape of my yard and the depth of the trench that needed to be dug (~12 feet). Dale had estimated 2 days, but it ended up taking a week. He did not charge me any additional money, and even came over on a Sunday to finish filling in the holes and clean up. He and his helpers were very courteous and professional and I would totally recommend them to anyone who needed a job of this type done.

Our family has been using this company for over 40 years. Lee has since passed away and the company is now owned by someone who use to work for him. There doesn't appear to be any changes to the company since it has been taken over.

Terrific. We did a lot of research on Angie's list and elsewhere. We got bids from 3 contractors that were highly recommended. The other two bids to hook up the side sewer were for $5,800 and $10,000. Those bids were comparable with bids at neighbor houses on the same block. Don Olson did the work, at their bid price, when they said they would. Very honest and hard working contractor. I'd hire them again in a second.

When I first called Lee's I was telling them my story and she gave me the idea of trying to hold the float ball on the pump to pump out the basin. I tried that but found there was a lot of sediment (I think from egg shells and such in the garbage disposal) so I did not want to hurt my pump. I called back and asked them to send someone out to pump out the bottom of the basin. At first they tried to schedule me for a couple of days out but when I mentioned I was going to be out of town they were able to get someone onsite in a few hours. The pumper arrived and went right to work. She was very nice and helpful! After everything was pumped out I was able to find that the O-rings on the pump connection were worn so I replaced them and all was fine. Lee's Sanitation did a great job and accommodated my urgent need! Thanks!

She first dug up the pump tank and then had to dig for the septic tank so took longer than normal. Our only complaint is that she did not use a plastic tarp to place the dug up sod and dirt on. This would have made the replacement and cleanup of the dirt and soil much nicer. Without the tarp there was dirt and rocks everywhere. She also did not replace the sod well. My husband had to go out and redo everything.

They came at appointment time, pumped/cleaned tank.

This job took less time than some of the past ones, we have the tank pumped every 3-5 years. Also, the person who did the job was both pleasant & professional. Pumper was Crima.

THE SCHEDULER WAS HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE WORKMAN CAME WHEN SCHEDULED AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE NEEDED SOME ADVICE ON A RISER AND LID AND THE SUPERVISOR CALLED US PROMPTLY.

LEE'S IS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY AND CAME WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF OUR REQUEST TO HAVE OUR SEPTIC TANK PUMPED. THE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE FELT THE PRICE WAS WITHIN THE NORMAL RANGE FOR THE SERVICE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE PERSON DOING THE WORK KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK. WE NEEDED THIS DONE RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THAT NEED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE DID SOMETHING EXTRA AS WELL AND THAT WAS TO EXPLAIN HOW TO TURN A VALVE WE HAVE IN OUR YARD THAT OPENS AND CLOSES SEPARATE DRAIN FIELD AREAS.

LEE'S SANITATION WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT IT WAS IN A TIMELY FASHION. ALSO THE GUY WHO PUMPED WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED A FEW THINGS TO US. THEY WERE GREAT.
