I had new heat ducting added to my new theater room and bathroom. I explained I would be completing inspections with the city so everything must be to code. The work was done, the city inspected and it did not pass. The dicks heating and air conditioning had to come back out and fix it, we passed inspection.

The Dick's professional went above and beyond a typical furnace servicing. We will have them back.

Initial assessment of our furnace revealed that it was a much older unit than we first thought, and it had numerous problems. The initial technician was very thorough and professional and spent a lot of time answering my questions. The technicians installing our new unit were very good--knew their stuff and really did a great job putting in the outside air venting system that we requested. We are very satisfied and would use their services again.

The service Technician was at my home before I got there! He was supposed to be there between 1-5 pm and he beat me there at precisely 1:00. That was great! He was professional honest and efficient. What else is there in customer service???? Oh, I almost forgot...Reasonably priced! Thanks Dick's!

Had a new Lennox heat pump installed. Salesman patiently answered all my questions as I had a lot.. Great heat pump at a reasonable price. Very courteous and professional installation of all equipment. Left a clean work site. Also had duct cleaning later with the same professional and courteous service and again left clean work site. My house has never been so warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

They were great from dispatcher who handled my appointment and technician who did the work. He came on time and explained what he is doing every step of the way. He was very friendly and didn't turned into pushy sales-person when he explained their maintenance program. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
