The service tech Jeff was prompt and able to repair my furnace. He gave his recommendations and didn't try to over sell nor was he pushy. Great Company.

I only get a new furnace about every forty years so I was la bit leary about how this would go. Everything went very well, the pitch for a high tech furnace and a heat pump were very well explained to us. We decided on the high tech furnace, it was installed and the old one taken away after a brief ceremony to honor the old furnace for its years of good, warm service.

Installation was fair. Only receioived the work permit one week AFTER the work was completed. There was a bait & switch on the price: We werre told that there was a 5% discount for seniors. After we contested a higher price after the specialist left, he said it was for cash. If he had said it in front of us, we would have pair cash. We are contesting through our credit card.

They were prompt and professional and explained very well the process they were doing. Felt very good after having this done.

This rating is way past due, but you could not do better than to hire these guys, they were great.

Overall, things went as planned. Jared who inspected our old furnancew did an exceptional job, however, a little more experience/knowledge in the sales area will greatly benefit Jared and your company. Andrews who cleaned our ducts was an outstanding professional. The installers were also outstanding professionals (see separate comments). The only question that I have is the limited warranty for the furnace - 20 years on heat exchanger, 1 year labor, 5 years parts and 45 days workmanship (kind of surprising that Dicks will not stand behind their workmanship for a longer period of time). Also, the 5 years parts warranty should be 10 years.

I was impress with the tech that came out and explained everything to me and also the experience this company have in this business. My wife and I made our mind up 15 minutes after he left. Kevin

Came fast, very knowledgable, found small, easily repairable problem, did not try to talk me into buying a whole new furnace or try to tell me the whole thing was broken. Trustworthy and will use again!

We Just completed our Service with Dicks Heating and I must say I like this Company, The service man that came was Roland he is great and knows what he is doing he signed us up for our Regular service due again in June 09 I would be very happy to have this man do my Service again, he is great,I do not know how the other service Personnel are but this man is a 10 and we are pleased to have signed on with this company.

They were great at communication with me. Because it was the holidays, they were extremely busy and always let me know what to expect. Also, the gentleman who came over took me down to look at the furnace and explained to me what was happening. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the cost.

False advertising. They told me their prices were more than comperable to other heating companies because they have flat rate pricing, don't charge by the hour, but by the job. I was charged $277.11 (the part needed was only $69.99) I thought the price was high and requested quotes from PSE, Pacific Air for the same job. Both companies quoted a diagnostic fee of $89 and 80 to get the job done ($180 for total cost) Obviously Dick's Heating diagnostic fee and hourly prices are padded into the flat rate pricing.
