Great to work with. I had them both replace my hot water heater and take over maintenance of my furnace.

They were responsive and able to come check out our system in a timely manner. We had a technician who evaluated the system and then a separate technician who was able to perform the correct tests and get the work completed. Everyone was knowledgeable and super friendly, we had a great experience. The technician who completed the project also made recommendations on a more energy efficient HVAC system as ours is nearing the end of its life cycle.

Other companyâ s wanted to replace the whole furnace. Dicks not only diagnosed the issue but noted that the heat exchanger was under warranty and was a great high end furnace. They ordered the part and installed for time only. Saved $1000s

My husband like the technician Mr. Roland because he explained what is wrong with our old heat pump and what need to be fixed and give us the estimate right away. We called several companies but most just want to replace and not repair.

The tech was great - I would recommend Ryan in a heartbeat. He explained what he was doing and never made me feel like an idiot. Much appreciated. However, the customer service people in the office/call center were problematic. The first call I got (at 7:50 in the morning) was trying to sell me maintenance contracts. What good is a maintenance contract if your furnace doesn't work?The second woman I spoke with told me more about what I needed to know, but the third came out and said the estimate on repairs would be free, which I knew was not true.I almost didn't use this company because of that. However, my mother has used them and had a good experience, so I chanced it and am glad I did.

They arrived on time, did a good job, answered my questions and presented a company offered contract to save me money on future furnace maintenance, I signed up for it.

Diagnosis was quick and efficient. From the initial call forward, the office and the technician listened well.and were much more forth coming than other companies. Overall service was unusually high compared to their competitors. I was very pleased with their work for me and the low cost of repair.

Be sure to ask them to carry the technical tools needed to do the maintenance service, which the guy did not do. Although, the technician was very friendly.

After paying the $165 diagnostic charge, which is fine, the technician said I needed to replace the AC power disconnect which sets right just beside the AC unit compressor outside, and charged $540. After the fact, I come to see that the disconnect retails for $27 on Amazon. He spent 15-20 minutes on labor for that. Obviously, I felt gouged. However, the unit is functioning fine now. So, maybe I am just another customer that complains about the price, but I need to give you guys my honest opinion.
