Very nice people, showed up on time and were very neat and clean

Took out an improperly placed dryer vent line for me and correctly installed a new one. Very punctual and nice.

Gave me options for different things including how to do some things myself. He was so helpful that I went with a yearly service maintenance program with them.

Great, knowledgable electric furnace tech, but my inspections turned into something I was not prepared to pay for. The first furnace needed parts replaced for about $600 and the quote on the 2nd was about $1000. I stopped the service after the first furnace because I was expecting a 300-400 total bill and have now called a couple other furnace repair companies to get some more estimates. Both of those companies told me over the phone, that I paid way too much for the parts installed. Dicks is a great company, with great employees and if you have money then hire them. But if your tight on funds as I am then do your shopping.

It was nice doing businss with a company and NOT have a single hassle, wonderful people.

Both times they visited they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I especially appreciated that Andrew removed his shoes whenever he entered our home even though he had to go in and out multiple times. I found that they charged a little more than others, but they really made it worth the value with their attention to detail and courteousness

The servicemen were friendly and worked on the project with little interference at our place of business. Their cleaning equipment got louder than I had expected in our office but only briefly.

There was an initial mix-up about what day our service was to be provided, but once that was resolved, everything ran smoothly. Our final bill was the same price we were quoted, not the norm among service companies these days. We can and will recommend Dick's.

These gentlemen were pros all the way. They followed up to make sure all was working properly the next day. I was very happy with their response and their professionalism. Lots of work, $1700 total.

The workers that came were clean and considerate. They worked on my schedule. They explained everything so I understood it, quoted all the choices and did not try to over sell when I chose to budget some of the non-emergency options.
