Very helpful and knowledgable. They came back a couple of times to help fix the furance. Very quick to come out. Only issue was I was a little taken back at the price for the first visit, when it took about 20 minutes to adjust the gas valve. But they did come back two other times and the labor was free.

Dick's H&E Did a great Job cleaning our duct's. I am in a new construction house that has never been serviced before and even though I expected a lot to come out of the duct's I was amazed by the volume of stuff they pulled out. Dick's was a little pricier than the by mail coupon guys, but I knew what I was getting and how much I was going to pay up front. They did not surprise me with last minute add-on charges. I was so impressed with them that I put my self on contract with them for regular maintenance on my furnace.

Absolutely awesome compared to other contractors I have hired. They will be doing my work from here on out. I am a project manager/engineer. The job was fast, within budget and the staff was professional and courteous.

The replacement of the electric furnace sequencer (turns on the fan and then each heating element in sequence) was done the same day I called. Quick and prompt service on the rental home. I was amazed when I found out that the sequencer that I was charged $470 for was just $31 through amazon. I understand a markup, but $439? This was on top of the service charge and tax, which brought the total up to $596. a markup to $200 seems more reasonable...

They gave me an estimate without being too pushy.

I was charged 600 dollars to fix the furnace, he replaced a circuit board and one week later have the same problem, not happy!

Very friendly and efficient. My heater isn't like most heating units in homes. The technician had not seen anything like it before but was excited for a new challenge and dove right in after a little assessment. He managed to fix the noise problem and gave me some good advice on how to maintain it. I would definitely reccommend Dicks.

Although they did not hasve the part on hand they went the extra mile to get it in a couple days. With the cold weather at hand it was pretty cold in the house (we lived in front og the gas fireplace or in bed for three nights), It could have been a lot longer with having to order the part, I presume from the OEM. Thankfully, it is nice and warm at home again, and we have signed up for regular annual maintenance, and duct cleaning to complete the job.
